Sharing organoid imaging expertise through FBI

Simona Katrin Galun, PhD student from the Breznik team at NIB, University of Ljubljana, had a productive stay at ACAM this month. As part of a NET4BRAIN COST funded short-term scientific mission, we shared our expertise on how to visualize the complex 3D structure of organoids. We illustrated and applied our strategies for optimal sample preparation (staining and clearing) and explained how to perform standardized organoid imaging using our digital scanned laser light sheet microscope.
