Mission
Antwerp Centre for Advanced Microscopy (ACAM) provides high-end microscopy service at the meso-, micro- and nanometre scale. The core facility supports all facets of the microscopy workflow, from sample preparation over image acquisition down to image and data analysis. Its mission is to be a hub for quantitative systems microscopy.

Axio slide scanner: Gut of a DSS-treated mouse that received curly via orale garage. Staining with EBBA (b-sheets, red) and counterstained with DAPI (grey). Contrast stretched for visualization purposes.
